A&S Solutions ('The Agency') agrees to provide digital services, including development web, consulting and advertising management, as described in the invoice or contract accepted. By contracting our services, the Client accepts these terms.
Unless otherwise specified in a custom contract, a deposit is required 50% non-refundable deposit to start work on development projects. The remaining 50% It is due at the end of the project and before final deployment/delivery. The services Monthly (Ads/Matches) are billed at the beginning of the cycle.
Upon completion of full payment, Client owns all specific visual assets and the source code created for your project. A&S Solutions retains the right to reuse Developed underlying code libraries, frameworks and generic tools by the Agency.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, images, credentials) of timely manner. Delays in the delivery of assets will result in an extension of the project deadlines.
